DSRD Consulting is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion firm specializing in developing 3-year organizational-wide DEI strategies. We are looking for a part-time executive assistant who has a passion for DEI with strong skills in organization, social media and project management, and strategic thinking. The person in this role will work directly with the CEO and must be comfortable taking the initiative and proficient in managing multiple priorities.
Though this role is part-time, we hope to transition the role to full-time.
Job Description

Assist CEO with email organization and management and calendar management (calendly) as needed.

Customer Relations (addressing customer inquiries/complaints, follow-up, recording information, etc.).

Assist CEO with various logistics for internal and external webinars, special events, programs, and meetings, using zoom and calendly.

Use CRM tools (Asana, Airtable, Zoom, Zapier, Convertkit) to support the CEO with operations management (support for online programs and other service offerings, client onboarding, updating and organizing SOPs, updating automations as needed).

Assist with organizing and scheduling social media content
Required Skills:

Minimum of two years of administrative, clerical experience, preferably with startups or small companies.

CRM and business system tools (Zapier, Asana, Convertkit, Airtable, Postable, Teachable)
